How do I return an item?

Instructions on how to return items:

1. Send us an e-mail with your original order number and reason for return - info@madepc.com

2. We will reply within 24 hours during regular business hours from Monday to Friday

3. If your return is approved, we will provide Return Authorization Number (RMA)
4. Pack the product well and write RMA number outside shipping box
5. Include the original copy of invoice
6. Ship package back to us

You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

We will accept returns within 14 days of transaction closure. Returns are based on buyer contact.
Please contact us so we can discuss means to an amicable solution.

All returned items must be in original condition, packaging, sealed, unused.

All Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package
until it arrives at our location.
You must contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise! No returns will be accepted without an RMA number!
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Refund will be processed within 72 hours upon arrival of merchandise.

Determining compatibility with your existing parts, hardware, and/or software is responsibility of the buyer.
