Instructions for Customer Returns:
- Send us an e-mail with your original Order # and explain the reason for return - email@example.com
- We will reply within 24 hours during regular business hours from Monday to Friday
- If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #)
- Pack the product securely and write your RMA # on the outer shipping box or label
- Ship the package back to us and retain the Tracking # for your records
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. However, physical damage must be reported within 24 hours upon delivery. Returns will not be authorized outside of this allotted time period. In the event that the product is damaged in transit, all parties involved must follow the damage claim procedures according to the carrier’s policies.
You must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted! The product must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your RMA #. Returned items must be in original condition, with sealed packaging, completely unused. The customer assumes liability for the package until it arrives back at our location, and is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 3 full business days upon arrival of returned merchandise. All Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to reject returned products after inspection due to physical damage, missing parts, etc. If physical damage occurred during return shipping, Made PC will notify the costumer promptly and it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and initiate a damage claim immediately. We will only retain damaged or incomplete returns for 30 days, after that time period Made PC will dispose of items locally without issuing credit or further notice.
